Jaideep brings 28 years of senior leadership experience in the building materials industry at Asian Paints and JSW. He held Operating Council and Chief Marketing Officer roles with direct P&L ownership of the Decorative business portfolio exceeding ₹18,000 Crore.

At Asian Paints, he led the company's evolution from a paint company into India's leading aspirational décor brand. He built and scaled new business verticals from the ground up, including Smartcare Waterproofing and Wood Coatings, and led digital transformation, communication and media strategy, brand building, and marketing. He transformed innovation and NPD processes and launched breakthrough categories and products.

At JSW Paints, he served on the Executive Committee, working closely with the CEO on strategy and sales excellence. He built the B2B Project Sales vertical from scratch, established the company's innovation and new product framework, and designed and executed the contractor and architect-designer ecosystem.

He has deep, hands-on expertise in driving customer centricity transformation at scale — at Asian Paints, he led a company-wide organisational and cultural transformation engaging 1,000+ employees, redesigning processes to place the end-customer at the centre of decision-making.

At Asian Paints, over a 15-year tenure, he served as Commercial Head for the Decorative Paints division, managing annual outlays exceeding ₹1,000 Crore across marketing, retailing, services, and business innovation. He led nationwide commercial operations across 110 locations, restructured logistics and distribution infrastructure, drove cost optimisation programmes delivering sizeable savings, and established industry-first initiatives including channel financing and integrated marketing warehousing.

At Pidilite Industries, as Vice President, Finance, he managed the financial architecture for domestic and international subsidiaries.

As MD & CEO of Swyom Advisors, he leads a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund. His expertise spans business finance and P&L management, commercial operations at national scale, capital optimisation, M&A advisory, and board-level financial counsel for large enterprises.
